WDM Systems is an application that enables organisations to track, monitor and plan their staff training, qualifications and certificates and client medication administration records.

An administrator, for the organisation:

  • Enters staff and clients
  • Creates training courses, qualifications, certificates, medication requirements and actions.
  • Create training requirements profiles to be associated with members of staff and the appropriate training or medication administration and contact QA actions with client.
  • Create staff or client planned requirement profiles for on-boarding or starting new clients or staff.

When training qualifications or QA actions are completed or certificates are verified, the administrator or staff member enters the dates into the application. Expiry dates can be automatic or manual. When the training, qualification or certificate is near to expiring the administrator or manager will be informed automatically.
